At CK MEHTA & TEAM, we strive to provide the best services to our clients. We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel your appointment, subscription, or service. Please review our cancellation policy below.
1. Appointment Cancellations
If you have booked a one-on-one consultation or meeting, we request that you provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the appointment will be rescheduled or refunded (if applicable).
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time will not be eligible for a refund.
- No-shows will be considered cancellations, and refunds will not be provided.
2. Service & Subscription Cancellations
- If you have subscribed to any of our services, you can request a cancellation at any time. However, refunds will be subject to our Refund Policy.
- Monthly subscriptions must be canceled before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.
- If a cancellation request is received after the billing cycle has begun, the service will remain active until the end of the paid period, but no refunds will be issued.
3. Event & Workshop Cancellations
- If you have registered for a paid webinar, training, or workshop, cancellation requests must be made at least 48 hours before the event to be eligible for a refund.
- Cancellations within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable, but you may be eligible to transfer your registration to a future event.

5. Exceptions & Special Cases
- In case of emergencies or extenuating circumstances, we may review refund or cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis.
- CK MEHTA & TEAM reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any event, training, or service. If we cancel a service, you will receive a full refund.
