All payments made to CK MEHTA & TEAM are non-refundable, except under specific conditions mentioned below. We encourage you to review service details carefully before making a purchase.


2. Refund Eligibility

A. Digital Marketing & Consulting Services

  • Fees paid for consulting, marketing services, and CRM solutions are non-refundable once the work has commenced.
  • If you cancel a service before work begins, a partial refund may be considered at our discretion, deducting administrative fees.

B. Subscription Plans & CRM Usage

  • Subscription fees for our CRM platform are non-refundable once access is granted.
  • If a billing error occurs, please contact [email protected] within 7 days for resolution.

C. Workshops, Training, and Webinars

  • Refunds are available if a cancellation request is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled event.
  • If a session is canceled by us, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.
  • No refunds for non-attendance or failure to join a live session.

D. Paid Courses & Digital Products

  • Due to the nature of digital courses, no refunds are issued once access is provided.
  • If technical issues prevent access, we will assist in troubleshooting or offer an exchange if necessary.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  2. Include your full name, transaction details, and the reason for the refund request.
  3. Refund requests will be reviewed within 5-7 business days.
  4. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.

We may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Accidental duplicate payments.
  • Payment processing errors.
  • Failure to receive the service due to technical issues on our end.
